That is expected. My Roof shows what a specific property is worth, so Sam approves each account himself and the app opens once he has appraised your place. If you have been waiting, email or call and he will sort it.
Open the app, go to My profile, and choose Delete my account at the bottom. That removes your sign-in, your messages and your Sam AI history, and cannot be undone.
You never have to. Sam AI asks before you use it the first time, and you can turn it off again under My profile. Messaging Sam directly works either way.
